hoover performa 1200 will not spin?
hi..my hoover performa 1200 is sucking away but will not spin or turn on any cycle..could this be from overloading it? the load did include a towelling dressing gown that absorbs a lot of water..any quick fixes (eg could the filter be blocked - where is it?)?
