my car has started having problems intimimentley it takes ages to start using the key and fob i was given with the car i have now used the other spare key and fob and it appeards to start straight away is this the battery in the initial key fob or is there a problem with the immobilser i know its not a problem with the car battery(as it doesnt even kick in) or the starter motor as these have both been checked

it sounds like new batterys needed but change them as quick as poss otherwise you may need to have the fob programmed which can only be done by a specialist new fobs normally cost around £80
