My Boiler won't ignite to either heat water for the taps or central heating. The pilot light is on. The thermostat turned up high and when you activate the central heating you can hear the pump in the under stairs cupboard start up but no firing up from the boiler.
if you have a fully pumped system you will have a valve installed just after the pump, this may be faulty.
on the side of the valve is a lever move that across and see if the boiler then fire's up.
