Hi.

Washer goes through a cycle, but never stops. If you cancel and restart, it will go through the cycle and stop (sometimes). The machine doesn't seem to get hot and I believe that it's the heater unit. If you put it on a quick wash, I believe that confirms it. Am going to fit a heater unit, but can't work out how to get to it! Any ideas?

Did replacing the heater unit fix the problem? As my 6854 is doing the same... never stops and no heat.

remove lid right side panel and it in bottom near motor if unlucky u have to drop motor as well but that rare fit new one make sure u get clips back on rite otherwise will leak
