My tv was repaired a couple of weeks ago because it had the 'hourglass' screen problem. That was fixed fine but now the picture seems to be too big for the screen!! (Text is missing from the bottom of the screen). Phoned up the tv repair place and they said that is a simple case of just using the remote to correct it but would not tell me how to do this over the phone. Could anybody tell me how to correct this problem. Many Thanks.

press the very last button on the bottom right of your handset
this will allow you to change screen sizes.

11ak47 chassis, to repair your tv you would of had a new memory fitted (eprom) and it would have had to be set up in all widescreen modes, you enter the service mode and set up all modes Im afraid it is a long winded job and needs to be done properly otherwise damage could occur if you dont have the list of settings.
