The cd changer in my ford explorer is factory.........it will not eject the cassette that holds the cd's how can I fix that.

i had the same proablem try holding the orange eject buttion in for about 45 seconds and releasing if that doesnt work disconnect ur battery for 30 mins then reconnect this will erase ne memory the changer had it will believe it is new and should reset if none of this work id have it looked at to ensure it is recieving power
