my fluidmaster does not flush all the deposits away?

I have recently installed a fluidmaster conversion into my cistern, but it will not get rid of the soil in the bowl. I have checked at the manhole that it is not blocked, and water is flowing freely. Can anyone help, please?

Turn the flapper round, as it has several setting. Each increases the water through the bowl.

The Fluidmaster fill valve fills the tank with the water, if the water from the tank is not clearing your bowl you may need to add more water or and check the flush valve flapper to make sure it is staying open long enough. Please e-mail me directly at mlagasse@fluidmaster.com for direct contact.
