I have a Glow-worm spacesaver mk11 boiler that is some years old and have been advised that the seal on the housing unit needs replacing can you suggest were I can purshase this item

Why didn't the person who advised you about the seal not replace it?
Removal and re-fitting of the combustion chamber cover is not a d.i.y job.
