How do i fix my samsung e900 ?touchscreen buttons dont work?

Does any one know how to fix this i bought a new ribbon and got it fitted still the touch screen dousnt work every thing else is ok.

you have to type in samsung e900 ribbon on ebay then they come up with the touch screen boards aswell
