Which Maplin capacitors for Kenwood A901 speed controller?

My just delivered Ebay A901 Kenwood Chef just went pop and emitted smoke within seconds of turning it on for the first time. The motor seemed erratic as soon as I tried it and now seems worse, though it does work.

As I understand it the likely culprit is one of two capacitors, a 0.047 muF or a 0.15 muF. I haven't had a chance to open the machine to confirm but I thought I would ask here first if anyone knows which capacitors at Maplin would be suitable replacements? Whilst I can solder quite competently my electronics knowledge doesn't extend to the application suitability of different capacitor types and I am a little bewildered by the choice available.

Thanks in advance.

One of each
1 0.047 muF
1 0.15muF
