potterton netaheat safety cut out?

My Potterton Netaheat has a dial for heat from 1-6 if the setting is over 4.5 the safety cut out, comes in after about 10-15 mins. This has been a problem from day 1. How do I get it operating at maxium capacity.

This is a common fault with these boilers, I think you will probably have to live with it - I have to set mine below 5 and even then it cuts out on occasion.
