Remove the rear wheels, remove the drums (this is sometimes very difficult),hopefully you can pull out the rear drive shafts after removing the seven (Give or take a few) bolts that hold it to the hub, if not you'll have to remove the diff pan and take out the clips that hold them in the diff! Then their should be a big nut held by a lock washer, undo this and the hub should hopefully pull off! (With the bearings) You'll need new rear hub oil seals!! remove the 2 seals, make a note of which bearing runs in grease and which runs in axle oil. the bearing cups i expect, will have to be tapped out. Fit your new bearings (Get them the correct way round! :>) fit the new seals CAREFULLY, make sure the springs remain on them, fit the hub, nut, lockwasher etc. top up the diff oil. And that should hopefully do it! It might vary slightly but thats the basic gist if it! It would be better to take it to a ford garage!
