How can i fix my hotpoint ultima 1000?

Wont wash,spin just get message close door.

I had a problem like this with a Ultima 1200 WM75P. Apparently it's a common fault. It is caused by the door interlock which blows the control card. Firstly replace the faulty door interlock and then get the Wash Control Module repaired (Google QER in Cumbria).
