Dishlex DX403 - error code 10?

How do I fix error 10 on dishlex 403 model?
Frank Migliaccio, July 2007
I got the code 10 after I removed the dishwasher so that workmen could replace our benchtops. When I put it back it turned out that I had kinked the inlet hose. The clue was in the manual:
i10 - Not filling fault
> Check water supply & tap
> Check inlet hose filter
Hope this helps someone

where is the catchment chamber

Sarah Holland, December 2014
Dishlex error code 10:
Not just a fill up problem or inlet filter blockage. Remove the the catchment chamber that all the pipes attach to and clean out all the gunk that has built up inside the chambers. Ther are a couple of small plastic ball valves inside as well so if you shake the housing it should rattle. If it doesn't then it's got blockages. It can hold lots of fatty build up so keep at it until all the grime is out, you'll be amazed what comes out.
Use hot water with detergent and a tooth brush to remove all the built up gunk. Remeber to carefuly REMOVE THE HEAT SENSOR before washing or you will damage the internals and then you will get an error 20 code. This clean is best done out of the machine to avoid all the gunk from recirclating and causing more blockages. Wouldn't hurt to clean all other parts as well.
I hope this helps some one, as theres not much help coming from from service people who want money just to tell you this or say FREE HELP if you pay for there site.
