how do i attach the the top water spinner on a silencio 850?

a house cleaner recontly pulled the top water spinner (for lake of a better word) off. i now find i dont get a good rince in the top basket of my dishwasher. but i can not work out how to re-attach it. can any one help?

The upper swing arm attaches to the upper basket from beneath it by plastic clips on the swing arm - push up from beneath and ensure it is clipped in.
