pressure gauge at 0 vokera excell 80sp how can I top it up?

Moved into a new house six weeks ago, until last night heating and hot water was fine. No heating or hot water now! Pressure gauge is at 0 how do I top this up? Have looked everywhere for the valve and cant find it. Help!!!
