leak from a vaillant combi bioler?

i have a leak from the d h w. heat exchanger i belive. it is a black 3 tubed chamber to the left of my bioler were can i get one from and my instruc/install/manual has so many model numbers how can i find out the model number and part number
the bioler is not fan assisted
model numbers are vcw gb 282 eh/gc 4704418

right the secondary heat exchanger part number is 064946 but im not sure they still do them but u can get a conversion kit and the manu number for that is 065034

The old plastic model has been replaced by a plate heat exchanger and a re-pipe kit.
Check with some where like plumbcentre for part no. but don't by it from them . Small independent suppliers are usually cheaper(depending where you are).
Word of warning: There are copy kits available and some are pretty cheap and nasty. Also the instructions in the genuine kits require that as well as fitting the heat exchanger you also have to fit a new valve seat in the diverter valve and possibly alter the links on the P.C.B..
