where is my flasher unit on my Rover 218 1998?

Need to find my relay? or flasher unit for my hazard lights.My hazards are not working dont know if its the switch or the unit.Its not my fuse.

It's in the cabin fuse box..You cant miss it.It's the black relay on the top right side. Well!! it's a flasher can not a relay

DROP DOWN THE FUSE BOX LID UNDER THE FACIA OF THE STEERING WHEEL,LOOK FOR A SMALL BLACK BOW AROUND 1" CUBE
