how to fix mp3 players?

my mp3 player has 1 song it wont play and now it messed my hole mp3. i can turn it on but not back off and none of my buttons will work i cant listen to it. how do i deleate all songs or fix it? it is a sandisk sansa m200 series mp3 player.
