Dauwoo KA6105 Cracked door?

Is it still safe to use my Dauwoo KA6105 when the plastic outer window is cracked? The rest of the door, (interior) is fine. Thanks.

Hi there,
As long as the internal mesh is not compromised then there is no reason to worry, the part of the door that prevents microwaves escaping is the mesh in the door. The holes in the mesh are smaller than the wavelength of the microwave, they literally can't fit through!
WARNING if the door frame of the machine or the door is twisted or warped, then there is a significant risk of microwave leakage and should be checked with a special detector meter.
