if i turn the controller by hand it fills and stops at the correct level i turn it on to empty and the pump works the problem is it does not stop ! can someone please tell me what controls the pump or what the problem might be ? and as i turn the controller by hand at no time does the motor run ? if i allow it to run itself i can it moving and clicking
