fridge not working?

I have a Servis fridgefreezer model MO330S. My freezer is fine but the fridge above is not working. Is it the thermostat? The fridge is 'humming' but not remotely cold!
I'd be really grateful for any advice.

if so switch off for 24 hours to completely defrost.
if not i think you may have lost some gas...
cost 80-90 £ roughly...
if its old bin it...
