The sound on AWA TV W5135F does not work (purchased from Big W), there is hardly any sound. I have only had it a couple of years and had only been used about 50 times. Does anyone know how I can get the sound to work properly or is a fault in the TV? Thanks if you could help that would be great.

Many TV sets have a hotel mode and you will need to press a certain key on the remote to de activate this function. If it is a faulty audio chip listen to the sound, if clear sound there is no problem. Have had the case of bad connections to a speaker that has caused the same fault but your problem sounds like Hotel mode
