I have a Kenmore Elite Microwave WIth the Error Code F-9? What Should I do?

According to the documentation I found in the panel of my Kenmore model 721.16362300 it's an inverter failure.
1) Unplug for at least 40 sec. see if this solves the problem
2) Check the resistance of the thermostat should be close to 0 OHM
3) check wiring to the inverter and control system
4) replace inverter module
5) If problem persists, replace control system assembly.

I am getting this same error on an LG manufactured Kenmore Elite microwave. What turned out to be your problem?
