My Eaton Viking fridge - model RF1728RWO - is leaking water. Not all the time but a few times a week I will find a puddle out onto the floor of the kitchen. I have no knowledge of refrigerators but would love to try to fix the problem myself if possible. A solution would be greatly appreciated, but any suggestions would be awesome as well. Thanks.

Your first step should be to thoroughly defrost the fridge,then make sure any drain hoses are clear.
