just moved into house,shower goes warm for a minute then cold then back to warm continuously.sink in bathroom the same but seems to get slightly hotter.kitchen sink seems ok.have to open valve to increase pressure every 6 or 7 days.

The plate heat exchanger is blocked with dirt because the system was not properly cleaned when the boiler was installed.

Not an impossible task for a competent DIYer but a professional would be better able to advise what cleaning of the system might be necessary to prevent it reoccuring.
