how can i fix my headphone socket on my creative zen micro?

The headphone socket on my Creative Zen Micro works, but on any movement the sound disorts, i.e. it becomes quiter or crackly. I've tried different headphones but the problem still exists so it is definately the socket. Wondering if I might be able to fix it.

"Creative Zen Micro Headphone Jack Fix"
The site contains instructions for disassembling the player and locating the fractured solderpoint which causes your problem. You´ll need to know how to solder though.

Dude, I've got a short term fix for your problem... it's not exactly perfect but it works for the most part, just jam foil between the jack and the plastic around it, if you make sure you got it in the right spot, it'll work for a little while.
