my hoover wind tunnel has a new belt, but the brishes do not turn, what can be wrong?

Jeanne, I just change the belt on my Hoover Windtunnel and mine did the same thing. I found I had not put the plastic cover all the way down (because the roller brush) was not pushed all the way back into the roller bracket. After a realigned the roller brush, snapped back on the plastic cover and screwed it back down, it works much better.
