Kitchen Faucet wobbles?

I have a two handle one spout kitchen faucet that moves back and forth slightly. Is there something that needs to be tighten or do I have to caulk around the bottom. It seems to be seated on a clear bead that goes all the way around of what I assume is some sort of caulking.

Thanks for your help
