My pressure has gone too low I cant remember how to get it back up, can you help.

why have you lost pressure check this first leaks etc then white key usually kept under boiler in white tray this slots into the filling loop under boiler push it up twist then turn white knob to fill system fill to 1 and a half bar then bleed radiators still not sure ask a plumber
