MY WASHING MACHINE IS CONNECTED TO A COLD WATER INLET ONLY,DOES THIS MACHINE HEAT THE WATER TO THE CORRECT TEMP? OR JUST WASH IN COLD WATER?

Yes it will but it will not cost more on the electric bill as it only heats the water it requires.
