I have replaced my epson 1290 colour ink cartridge. I am trying to print a logo which is pink black and green but the green is coming out blue.

I am using a power mac G4 wth mac osx tiger 10.4

Hi there Stacey, I've had a 1270 for a while so maybe I can help.
First are you using genuine Epson Carts? I'd recommend them for the best in colour rendition, second try the head cleaning routine which you will find in the utilities section of 'printer properties. Third make sure you have the correct colour profile selected try sRGB as a default.Fourth, if you are running off a parallel connection try replacing it with a USB link. Fifth download and re-install your printer drivers from Epson. Lastly what is the source for your logo, if it's a scanner then try printing out a nice colourful image from the scanner and comparing it with the original and the result on your monitor, ie find out what does work in the chain to find out where the fault is.
Hope that Helps a little!
