I having problems charging my Audiophase KZ111 MP3 Player. I plug it in to my computer for 2 days and it still isn't holding a charge. I've tried turning it off during charging and on also. Nothing is working. It charged initially and we used it once, then it won't charge back up. Could somebody please help? If I need to replace the batteries, please tell me where to get new ones. It seems it charged the first time. From now on push the power switch to on and wait for the low battery message or for it to get to menu or music and then plug it in to the usb or mp3 charger. Dont feel bad I returned 2 of them before I figured it out. The support for these Chinese devices is nonexistant we must depend on ourselves.
