help i have a tx-32dtx11 the problem being that it turns its self onto standby, the majoraty of the time is when the adverts come on but this is not all the time , when it goes into standby mode the little red light flashes 3 times, i have had it to the local repaire shop but to no avail they cudent find out wrong with it but the problem still persists.
please help before i put my foot through IT

Try resetting to Factory settings which can be found in the menu

Do you have a Sony or Philips recorder connected to the Q-link scart socket? As this can cause that model to randomly switch to standby. There's a modification to stop the problem - see a Panasonic dealer.

Also, try turning up the contrast and brightness during a bright scene to see if it causes the set to trip off. Maybe the protection circuit is activating during high beam current. If so, take it back to repair shop with that info.
