how do I turn off the parental contols?

We have a Mitsubushi CS3515R that was locked by accident. How do we undo that? We're not even sure how it was activated. Thanks.

Use Remote - simultaneously press 9 & the QV button. go to menu 5 enter 9 / QV again. Allows to change to a new number or press enter when it displays that the lock is off.
