Something metal has gone from the washing drum and is trapped between the drum and the outer part.It is causing the drum to jam.
The machine is a Zanousi washer/dryer

Sounds to me that you'll need to remove the front panel, undo the clips around the front of the drum, pull the front of the drum away enough to give you access and retrieve the offending item. A big job just to retrieve the offending article ..Hope this helps?
