Machine sometimes floods large volume of soapy water from powder dispenser. I've cleaned dispenser thoroughly which seemed to stop problem for a while, but perhaps that was just coincidence. Can anyone help ?

your machine sounds like it has a blocked filter or intermittant pump fault, as your machine will try to spin even if it is full of water. UNPLUG machine take base plate of from the back of the machine.you will see a black tee shaped hoes going to the pump undo the screw to loosen take off clamp and pull out filter.Be careful there will be some water in the filter use a towel all going well you will find a blockage.
