how to programme my alarm fob sigma ac38 pre-1996?

I have a bmw 525tdse 1996 with a sigma alarm system,i have a new remote fob,and have been told i can manually programme it.is this correct, if so HOW.

Hi, to program in a AC38 remote, you'll need a Keypad & Pin number. If you dont have these then the fob has to be prgrammed direct to the alarm, you cant do it any other way. Techtronics in Manchester could offer you some advice.
