where can i get a new power supply?

where can i get a power supply for my lcd1701w tv?
the tv works when i use the power supply from another identical tv!

Assuming that it is an external PS (you don't say) and that you can't get one from the TV manufacturer (you don't say who that is) a generic PS ought to work.

It needs to have EXACTLY the same output in terms of Volts and the same or more in terms of Amps. Or you could take the old one to specialist shop to get a match. In the US try Radio Shack (if they are still around) and in the UK try Maplins.
