How can i remove folder.exe files?

in my desktop create a folder.exe files so how can i remove this all files. this folder.exe file genret in each folder create. i'm using macfee 8.5 anti virus. but not removed folder.exe

Following is NEW FOLDER .EXE description and detail of How to remove NEW FOLDER .EXE:
For successful remove NEW FOLDER .EXE , following the instruction:
1. Temporarily Disable System Restore .
2. Update the virus definitions for remove NEW FOLDER .EXE. Reboot computer in SafeMode,;
3.Stop NEW FOLDER .EXE virus files process if you can find on the task list;
4. Locate NEW FOLDER .EXE virus files and uninstall NEW FOLDER .EXE files program. Follow the screen step-by-step screen instructions to complete uninstallation of NEW FOLDER .EXE.
5. Delete/Modify any values added to the registry related with NEW FOLDER .EXE,Exit registry editor and restart the computer;
6.Clean/delete all NEW FOLDER .EXEinfected file(s):NEW FOLDER .EXE and related,or rename NEW FOLDER .EXE virus files;
7.Please delete all your IE temp files manually (NEW FOLDER .EXE file may exist there),or download the tool ATF Cleaner to delete all your IE temp files.

I'm Afraid That it's (Very Hard) Rated To Delet Them They Are ****in' as****
They stick to your pc
all i can help is the next:
use a third party task manager(hijack this) (STM>>Security task manager)
and stop all Folder.exe

and stop this
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dhcq\explorer.exe
then go to
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dhcq
and delete explorer.exe
then delete D:\folder.exe, autorun.inf
insert your FlashDisk(the reason of infection)And right click-open
delete folder.exe, autorun.inf
Now Restart
Try ctrl+alt+del
No Crazy Lights Right?

Have u solved the issue, if so please let me know which antivirus software you use, even i am facing same problem
