The User manual says this MP3 is compatible with Windows Media Player 11 but it says all music has to be added to the root, not a file folder (which WMP11 automatically does). Do I need to delete all the folders & copy the songs 1 by 1 to the root? The songs play but the player keys jam up a lot.

One of the trouble shooting answers says to make sure you don't have the HOLD key on. I can't find a hold key & I don't see anywhere in the manual where it says this key might be. Is there a HOLD key on this player?

The hold key is enabled when you hold down the EQ key for a couple of seconds. Do the same thing to turn hold off.
