Do you turn the minute hand clockwise or counterwise to set the correct time? Also there are three key holes - what do each of these do? which winds the clock movement and what do the others two do?

Turn the hands clockwise to set the time. Make sure you turn the chimes off before you set it. The other two winders are for the chimes. One is for the hours and the other is for the other chimes. Mine has quit working and am looking for a replacement movement or someone that is able to fix it.
