My dishwasher goes through the cycle but everything is still dirty and the tablet is just lying on the bottom of the dishwasher or still in the open compartment slightly wet but still intact.

Can anyone help please?

Mark, sorry I don't have an answer but I seem to have the sam e type of problem. The rotating arm in the lower section of my dishwasher appears to hit the grey filter pipe which runs down the back of the dishwasher...knocking it out of the hole in which it sits. Check this grey coloured filter is attached to the bottom of the dishwasher and that it hasn't been knocked out of it's slot, then try a wash.
