tumble dryer tricity bendix TM310W?

my tumble dryer is working but had no heat is there a reset button on it

best to use ladies magnifying mirror on stand and battery powered lamp inside drum. requires working backwards with screwdriver to remove two screws before pulling out holder with overheat solenoid/fuse.

I just found same fault on my own drier after checking heating element, cabling etc. I should have checked the web first. The switch in question is readily available online for about £15. A couple of notes of caution... for a technician fitting the switch is easy but take care that appliance is checked for any other related fault (in case it's not just the switch at fault). Obviously appliance must be unplugged before any repair is attempted as switch may be live. See also cautioary note on foot of page.

no reset on these.common fault is stat failure.this can be found by putting yiur head in drum and looking up at 1 o clock.remove 2 screws and pull stat out.should be closed circuit
