Mine is the same, doesn't heat the water. 2 years old. The service engineer charged us £40 to tell us that it is the main PCB, £95 for the part, £160 fitted. I think he tells everybody the same thing though because his first line was " It'll be about £160 quid because thats how much it was for the woman I've just seen. I think I'll contact Zanussi because a main part like that should last much longer.
