Press the PP button 3 times, this resets the locks. The PP button is on the remote control.

Yes i have the same problem, how can i unblok my Dual tv/dvd model 1541, it seems that i pressed the wrong bottons and i bloked it !!! now i cant watch TV or DVD !! please help !!
