Oko Lavamat 74630 Pump?

My OKO Lavamat 74630 update displayed error E20 and would not pump water out - there was a loud vibration/grinding noise when it tried to pump out - I've cleaned out the pump filter but it hasn't solved the problem. The fill, rinse and spin works but the machine won't empty - I'm guessing the pump is jammed or faulty - but i tipped the machine over to access the pump and there's a metal floor in the machine - the front panel has star-shaped screws - does anyone know please - how do i access the pump?

disconnect power
1) unscrew two screws at the back just below top panel.
2)slide off top panel
3)unscrew two screws at top of the front panel
4)pull out soap dispenser (no screws)
5)unscrew two screws behind soap dispenser
6) front panel comes loose, unclip from inside at the right hand side of the machine
7) unscrew two top screws at top panel
8)disconnect pipe at back and tip machine on it's back.
9)open bottom filter compartment and unscrew three screws, panel lifts off.
10) unscrew bottom two screws of front panel. The front panel is still connected to the drum, but it will now come off sufficient to access the pumps.
good luck
