I have Win 98. Outlook 2000 would not send receive e-mail, so 6 months ago I downloaded Outlook Express 6. Everything worked great, but I had stuff in Outlook 2000, so I reinstalled it yesterday. It worked, and I could access my old files, but still would not send/receive, so pulled up Outlook Express 6 and then it would not send/receive. My ISP has not been able to help. I have checked and everything is entered correctly. This is the error message
