How can I fix my Hoover Vision 1600 washing machine?

How can I get something out which is stuck inside the drum of my Hoover Vision 1600 washing machine? Don't know what it is but it's been rattling around in there for a few days now.

the easy way is either to remove the heating element and you should probably get to the blockage that way. im not sure where the heater is on these machines, so if you remove the back panal, you should see it straight away, it will have 3 connections, live earth the neutral and maybe 2 wires to a built in thermostat (ntc) remove these, undo the 10 mm nut until it is at the end of the bolt shaft, push the bolt shaft as far as it will go, prize the heater out with a screw driver, this can be bl**dy annoying, but keep trying as it will come out.

you should then be able to remove the blockage with a pair of needle nose pliers.

the heater may also be at the front, remove the door seal, unscrew the door lock, there will probably be 3 screws at the bottem, remove those and the panel will slide down.

Or you could tilt the machine back, make sure it is safe and wont slip, remove the sump hose (3 inch pipe) directly under machine, blockage should come out.
