My Hotpoint Aquarius 1200 won't empty. Help please!!!!?

It's a washer dryer, that I think may have a blocked filter... Is this possible, and can I fix it?!?

is it spinning ?if not the brushes in the motor are no good they may do a wash but are not good enough to spin or empty the machine i would check them first they are the cheapest part to replace
